Juan "Rocky" Chacon

is a former middleweight boxer who owns a Mexican restaurant, Mama’s Casita, with his mother in Haven Park. He is running for mayor on the promise of cleaning out the corruption that has infected city hall and the police department. Alonzo Bell often harasses Rocky, ticketing and towing the cars of Rocky’s customers in order to drive the mayoral candidate out of business… and out of Haven Park. A resilient fighter out of the ring, Rocky refuses to leave, but this just makes Mayor Cecil Bratano and his police goons more determined to get rid of him.
