Cecil Bratano

is the crooked mayor of Haven Park. An elementary school dropout, he ran for various city government posts and climbed his way up to the Mayor’s office. He runs the police department like his private Gestapo, taking a slice of all the dirty money that comes in. Bratano boasts an opulent home with a ten car garage and restored sports cars from the 1960’s, as well as a 1960 Cadillac El Dorado. A fan of the Rat Pat era, he always has some Golden Oldies tunes playing in his home or in the car. He sees mayoral candidate Rocky Chacon as a threat and wants Shane to take care of him.
